The position reports to the Administration -
Supervisor on all day to day operations. The job
holder is responsible for ensuring all visitors are
attended to, deal with inquiries on the phone
and face to face.

Key Responsibilities:-
•Ensure all visitors to Britam Offices are directed
to the correct destination(s)
•Deal with queries from the public and customer
•Ensures proper liaison between staff and their
visitors
•Respond to service requests, inquiries and
complaints by all visitors
•Provide state of art customer service orientation
throughout all interactions
•Take initiative to proactively investigate
customers’ questions/requests in a thorough
manner
•Respond to walk-in customers inquiries and
guide them to their respective customer service
representative
•Tidy and maintain main reception, ensuring
warm, neat and friendly atmosphere at all times
•Ensure proper and coordinated use of customer
service meeting rooms
•Ensure smooth liaison with security desk for
smooth customer relation as well including
retrieval of customer ID if need be.

Competency Requirements:
•Previous experience in a busy customer relations
desk/front office desk
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical
procedures
•Knowledge of computers and relevant software
applications
•Knowledge of customer service principles and
practices
•Confident, articulate and with strong verbal and
written communication skills
•Well groomed, presentable and warm personality
•Customer focus and customer orientation
•Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in
a team-oriented and collaborative environment
•Ability to work in high pressure environment
under minimum supervision.
