Two explosions have been heard along New Pumwani Road in Gikomba area.Initial reports
indicate that the first blast went off inside a 14-seater matatu while the second explosion went off near PEFA all nations gospel
church.According to eyewitnesses the explosions were only seconds apart.
The National Disaster Operations has tweeted that four fatalities have been confirmed.

Head of bomb disposal unit Eliud Lagat has confirmed that there were two explosions and his officers are combing the scene.
The Kenya Red Cross has responded and is currently evacuating the injured from the
scene.
