It seems that Vera Sidika’s fame for her body ‘assets’ has inspired many. Two weeks ago, Coast based DJ Scratch accused socialite Shamsa Hamad of trying to con him of some money. He said that Shamsa was targeting celebrities, journalists and other prominent people.
“She wanted me to send her money claiming that she was a model and needed to buy a few things. When I declined, she blocked me from her page,” DJ Scratch told Heads Up. When Heads Up investigated the matter, we found out that the said woman had opened the account on May 18 and had over 600 friends. She had posted photos on the same day in different outfits and hairstyles.
According to the nairobian, after sending her a friend request and engaging her in a conversatio, Shamsa immediately offered her contacts and requested for a loan of Sh 5,000 claiming that she would pay back if need be.
“My landlord will lock for me (sic) tomorrow morning I need some money to pay him,” she said. Her request was ignored but when we tried calling her number 072836***3 two days later, it was not going through. The phone remained switched off even by the time we were going to press.
