Grandmother, 67, reveals beauty secret behindyouthful looks is regular SPERM FACIALS

This rosy-cheeked 67-year-old grandmother claims her youthful looks are down to having
facials made from SPERM.
Stella Ralfini, from London, revealed her beauty secret on YouTube is what she calls the Semen Mask.
