you most probably have come across this photo before. it was definately not by coincidence.
it is the actual signature look of our police force in kenya.
this is what distiguishes them from the rest of us.

However the part that is irks most is the 'TIGHT UP.SHIRT'.
it may not raise uproar as the tight up skirt but tight clothing is still indecent.
some women may be distracted on the sight of this kind of attire the same way men would be distracted by Linda okello's skirt.

I suggest they start hitting the gym because am sure there is a part of your body you forget exists when you have such a big gut.probably because its been ages since you saw it!!!
