this police woman clearly explains why there is a rise in criminal activities.
it is likely that criminals are increasing their efforts to break the law in order to be apprehended by the 'bootylicious' police officer.
at this rate we should most probably wait for some 'twerk' video from such quaters. that will definately get the criminals out of hiding.
