While You Struggle At Your ‘Real Job’, This Kid Makes $24,000 A Year To Play Grand Theft Auto

you probably spent an unhealthy amount of time playing video games as a kid, but as an adult you’ve most likely had to cut back because of your “real job.” But what if your time-consuming passion turned into a way to make an annual salary?

That’s what Fred Pye has figured out, and he racks up $24,000 a year just by sitting at home playing video games. Pye is an expert at Grand Theft Auto and all he has to do is film himself playing on his YouTube channel NoughtPointFourLIVE and the views roll in. Don’t you wish you had figured this out when you were his age?
Some of his videos have a staggering two million views, and his page receives almost three million unique visitors per month. Pye gets paid around $2,000 a month from YouTube advertisers. That’s insane! All for playing a video game…
Pye says:
“I give help, save them time, I tell them where certain things are in the game such as hidden cars, how to get more money, like a walkthrough.
“It can be a bit time consuming as it takes around three hours per video, but I think it’s worth it as the more views I get, the more sponsorship I get.”
Pye is an A-student and studies advanced math, english, politics and history. He says his parents are very supportive of his business as long as he puts schoolwork first.
