Pulse Writer Smita Smitten Diss to Vera Sidika is The Best

Most Kenyans have not been kind with words for the Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika who recently made a comeback on scene and has caused ripples worldwide with the 'skin lightening'.

She had been MIA for a while, hibernating in Nigeria as she underwent her transformation and she landed in Kenya last week with a bang and was even hosted by Larry Madowo on The Trend, a show that perhaps rubbed Kenyans in all the wrong ways.

Maybe it was the alleged cost of her 'skin lightening'.. or the comment right before it saying she did not want to say the price and depress the viewers. Maybe it was her accent or her weave, but whatever it was, as much as it has earned her publicity it has also brought her unfriendly fire even from major personalities.

Popular Pulse columnist Smitta is one of the celebs not impressed with Vera and he went ahead to give his two cents on the whole thing in the Smitta Bonus bit of his article saying:-

"I watched a show wit so-called socialite Vera Sidika in it, n thought even if you gave the gal madawa hawess saidika!
So now VS (rhymes with VD) has gone from stories about fake half-a-meter horse-hair to fake stories about using 50 M to lighten her skin? (thaz not how to be yeller, wench).
Then I figured she meant that she used 50 ML (millilitres) of Jik kila siku to take the 'tint' off her skin (having mis-understood Kimaiyo's orders to ri-moof de dind!')
There's being boombasticc, bombastic,bomb-ass-tick. N then there's being a bimbo biach on bleach. Become enlightened. Ujinga tuwache, na pia ukuro (*translation: 'Let's stop the stupidity, and the wh*ring too')."
